No. Sterling provides non-clinical coordination, education, administrative support, and logistics. Medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, collection procedures, laboratory processing, and storage are performed by the appropriate licensed or qualified third-party providers.
Can collection happen at home?
Some partner services may permit an eligible at-home or mail-in collection. Availability depends on the specific service, laboratory requirements, jurisdiction, timing, and client circumstances.
Does Sterling store specimens?
Sterling coordinates cryogenic storage with qualified third-party facilities. The storage provider, requirements, fees, and agreements are confirmed as part of the applicable service process.
